FAQs
Does my journal need to be formatted?
No. If your entries have dates, we use them. If some don’t, you add the dates when you check the proof. Paragraphs and section breaks come through as they are.
What if it’s short, or very long?
Under 50 pages we tell you straight after upload, before you spend any more time. Over 600 pages we suggest what to leave out, or split it into two books.
Can I change things after seeing the proof?
Yes. Tell us what to change and we send a new proof. You only pay once you’re happy with it.
How do I export from Google Docs?
File → Download → Microsoft Word (.docx). Upload that file.
Handwritten journals?
